Mikey's owner praises for Dog Sitter Singapore

Mikey is a 12 year old Jack Russell. He had the misfortune of having complications as a result of his bladder operation. Mickey is on a special diet and had to be taken out of the house to pee every 3 hours until around 10pm. During the night,he will wear diapher.
Mikey boarded with us for 7 days and his "Mom" was worried about how we were going to cope with him.
Well the following is what Mikey's "Mom" said in her email to us the day after she fetched Mikey home:

"Dear Yumi and Luke

Thanks very much for taking such good care of Mikey. We could see his happy face when we brought him home last night. In fact, my mum said Mikey have put on weight after boarding at your place. This is a good sign that he's eating well and happy. In fact, he barked this morning when we all left him alone in the house, because he's too used to having your company as well as that of other dogs.

In fact, I believe you all gave him much more attention that we do, since my sister and I are busy with work and stuff and my parents with my little niece. We hardly have time to bring him out except for his walks and Mikey actually loves to take the car and go out with us, especially if we bring him to the beach. He likes to bark at the sea, but doesn't want to swim in it...guess it's his way of relaxing and releasing his doggie pressures.

We are glad to have found you all who can look after Mikey so well, and also socializing him with other dogs which we thought would be impossible given his age. This gives us a peace of mind when we travel, knowing that Mikey is in good hands and you can be sure that Mikey will be back again for boarding....

Do keep this going and know that you have done a fantastic job and really a gem to dog owners like us !!!

Thanks for this. When I got your previous email saying that Guat Eng
wanted to rehome benji I must say I got a little emotional.. and not
knowing who Guat Eng was further added to my insecurities. Plus I
wasn't sure if she had dogs previously. Because benji can be quite a
handful sometimes. But this email from her has changed everything. I'm
so happy for him that he had such a good time at east coast!

It sounds like benji has indeed found a better mom who has more time
for him. I'd be glad to let Guat Eng rehome benji. Perhaps it would be
better to leave benji at her place rather than bring him back to your
place? I'm coming from the point that it might be unsettling for benji
to keep moving between homes.........

Firstly, I really really want to thank you for everything you have
done for benji as well as Adrian and myself. You have no idea how
relieved I feel putting benji in your care. Initially I was very heavy
hearted about rehoming benji. But with all your help thus far, I'm
alot less worried.

Yes, the teacher sounds like a better candidate. I'm actually ok with
benji staying over the weekends at her place or even during the
weekdays for this 2 weeks since I won't be in Singapore anyway. I
leave it in your good hands to decide. I'm comfortable if you are
comfortable with them.

How has benji been so far? Hope he is better behaved compared to the
morning when I was at your place.

Once again, thank you for all your assistance thus far. My trip is
alot more enjoyable because I feel very comforted being overseas
knowing that you're there for benji.

I have to commend Luke who is a really great guy and dogsitter (i never knew such services really existed), and for taking care of my JRT while he was missing for 3 days.

Really knows how to take care of your pet and from what i understand, he walks dogs like 6-7 times a day.

I don't want this post to come across as a commercial posting, but i am sharing my experiences as a owner who has just recovered his babies.

Libby is doing well but I am sure she misses you two and her little doggie friends. The first two days at home Libby slept most of the day and night- she seemed very tired or perhaps missing the fun and her littlle friends. Since I was still on leave I took her out more to the park so she could meet some other dogs in the neighborhood. Now she seems back to her normal self. She has been eating well and not fussing at all. She is a real happy girl, but tomorrow I return to work again- so I Libby will have to adjust again- with mommy working all day- I hope she'll be OK with that.. When I get a chance I 'll send you some pics of Libby and also some shots of Hokkaido. It really is pretty there.

Hello there Uncle Luke and Aunty Yumi!

I'm back home now and although it feels good to be home, I miss both of you and my girlfriend! I was feeling rather depressed so I refused to eat my dinner. My poor "big sister" was so worried, she had to force-feed me some honey water in case I fell ill. But, she brought home a cheeseburger for me and I couldn't refuse it! Yummy! Maybe I should pretend not to eat dinner tomorrow, a cheeseburger tastes so much nicer than canned food!

Thank you for taking such good care of me! I felt very comfortable and happy at your place and unlike pet hotels, I felt like I was part of the family. I also get to make new friends every time I'm at your place! Now I'm going to convince my "mummy" and "big sister" to find me a companion so I'll never be bored or stuck alone at home!

See you soon Uncle Luke and Aunty Yumi! It's time for bed for me!

It was just a little gift, hope you like it. Amber settle in very well. I sure she enjoyed her time with you as she has 100% attention given to her.

Our home schedule is a quite busy, with kids in and out of the house all the time with different schedules. I am the driver plus 99 other chores to attend to aren’t able to give her all the attention all day long. But she is pretty use to it and know when to approach us when anyone of us has a moment.

We are certainly very happy and will certainly look you up again whenever we need help to babysit Amber. I may need to put Amber with you again early August for a couple of days as we are moving to a new apartment. Will inform you once we have confirmed the date.
